ga-du-gi 2008:
WORKING TOGETHER TO IMPROVE OUR COMMUNITY
Cherokee
Preservation Foundation has just released a
report called ga-du-gi 2008,
which shows readers what is changing as a result
of CPFdn's grants
and initiatives. In the Cherokee language,
ga-du-gi means to come together as a group
and assist others in the community who need
help
- perhaps tending a garden, digging a grave
or fixing a roof.
