Instructions for Grant Applications

Plan and Proposed Budget Form carefully.
The Cherokee Preservation Foundation
will send an acknowledgement that we
have received your proposal. No faxed
or e-mailed applications will be accepted.
Completed grant applications may be
mailed, couriered or hand-delivered to
the following

Grant applicants who are notified that their grant applications have been successful MUST attend a grantee orientation between 10 and 11 a.m. on either September 29 or September 30. RSVP Deb Mintz at 828-497-5550 if you are notified you are getting a grant.

 Small Grant Application Form

allows you to download the

the completed form. If you
prefer to print out the blank
